Geoffrey Holloway – Vice President and General Manager
Mr. Holloway brings with him more than 25 years of leadership experience in engineering, operations, and sales, most recently serving as Vice President of Canadian Sales at A.O. Smith Enterprises. While in this position Mr. Holloway successfully led sales, service, and operational teams through growth initiatives, and aided in a plant transition, ERP implementation, and post-acquisition integration.
Mr. Holloway is both a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA/CPA), and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Memorial University and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Kim Laurette – Vice President Sales and Marketing
Ms. Laurette joins HeatLink following more than 20 years with A. O. Smith, where she most recently served as Vice President of Residential Sales. Throughout her career she has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in market planning, marketing strategy, sales operations, forecasting, and cross-functional team leadership.
Ms. Laurette is a graduate of Conestoga College and holds a diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Her extensive industry and proven leadership capabilities will make her a valuable addition to the HeatLink team.
Filling the role vacated by Wade Peterson (retired), Kim Laurette will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies and will report to Geoffrey Holloway.

Andrew Morrow – Product Manager
Andrew (Andy) Morrow is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in product development, HVAC, controls and renewable energy sectors, working in a variety of firms from Mechanical Contractors to Consulting Engineers.  Andy has over 15 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry and graduated with a Building Services Engineering degree (mechanical and electrical) from the University of Ulster in Belfast, UK.
